Our research group has been involved in the development of novel materials, with the emphasis on the design and synthesis of functional materials (small molecules and macromolecules), for applications in fields other than catalysis or biology. Examples of these include the development of CO-releasing molecules, kinetic, stability and/or computational studies of inorganic/organometallic molecules and compounds that present interesting structures and bonding in their own right at a fundamental level.
